What the quote form collects

Your full name, phone number, service ZIP code and the service you choose. Email and a message are optional. We also record the page you sent the form from, so we know which service you were reading about.

How it is used

Houston Chimney Co. uses this information only to respond to your request, confirm your service address and prepare a quote. We do not sell it.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent to Web3Forms, a third-party form service, to deliver your request to Houston Chimney Co. by email.

Tracking

This website does not load advertising or analytics scripts. It records two events — a phone-link click and a successful quote request — in the browser’s page data, which is only read if the business later adds an approved analytics tool. This policy will be updated if that happens.
